How is the food delivered?
Cold food and platters are delivered decorated and ready to be served.
Hot food is delivered in foil & steel trays ready to be heated.
In some instances e.g. carvery we can deliver the foods hot ready to be set on the buffet table and serve to your guests immediately.
Can we purchase food only or do we need it fully catered?
You can purchase food only – this will be delivered to you ready to go or alternatively
Fully catered where we come in, heat, serve and clean up afterwards. Hiring charges of staff is applicable.
Do we do taste testing?
No we do not do taste testing. We do however provide you with recent references and phone numbers so you can contact our customers and speak to them directly on how there event went.
Is your food fresh or pre packaged frozen?
Our food is freshly prepared on our premises. We take the utmost care in providing our customers with a quality fresh wholesome product and presented superbly.
Do you cater anywhere? What if there is no electricity eg. park,
beaches, etc?
We can cater in any venue (indoors/outdoors/small/large) we have portable gas ovens (extra charge if needed) that can accommodate any situation.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes there is a delivery charge applicable in both drop off and fully catered functions. The charge depends on your locality and will range from:
$50 - $100. The specific price will be outlined in the quote once the function location has been established.
However we do have the option for you to pick up your order at an allocated time arranged with us.
I only have a small kitchen at home – is that a problem?
It does not matter how big your kitchen is we bring necessary heating equipment and utilize what space is available or converting wasted space into usable space.
What is the minimum number of guests you cater?
40 guests (however if you have less than 40 guests you can still order for 40 as long as the total food cost comes to $500.00)
e.g. fingerfood items you would purchase 40 pieces which would mean that you would have extra pieces to go round to guests.
What is the minimum order amount?
$500.00 food order
How do I pay?
Payment is required on delivery either by cheque or cash when specified.
Under certain circumstances when it is necessary. Usually when it is a large function or where there is a lot to be organized e.g. Weddings, events etc.
Do we provide hiring of plates, glassware, tables, chairs, linen etc
No we do not provide hiring of these items. However we can provide
you with names and contact details of hiring companies that would be
able to offer you a quote.

Finger food event(food only) – 100 guests – 3 staff
Finger food even (food only) – 50 guests – 2 staff
Full Buffet including dessert – disposable plates – 100 guests – 3 staff
Full Buffet including dessert – china and cutlery – 100 guests – 5 staff including kitchen hand
Can we just hire staff without purchasing food?
